F-12 starting

Okay i had the tractor running almost perfectly, but now it wont start at all. it wont even pop. I have no idea what is wrong, it has air and gas and spark. However the mag seems to keep getting out of time, i timed it twice today, and it still doesn't seem to stay at the same pace as the engine.

Anyone have any ideas?

Any and all help would be highly appreciated.
