Which zerk are you talking about?? The head pin that moves back and forth can be greased as much as you want. I try to grease mine every hour, as there is no seal on it to hold the grease in it. As for the internal grease zerks inside the actual mechanism (mine has 2 plugs, each has a zerk behind it) one on top and one in the front. Those are to be greased about 4 to 5 shots every 100 hours. Overgreasing the internal bearings will destroy them. Same deal with the rear zerk on the balanced head. Pivot points can be greased as much as you want. I have a manual for my 1110, if you email me I can run off some copies of the pertinent information and mail it to ya!
