Are you talking Cub, or Cub Cadet? If you put it in a Cub, you'll have to fabricate some frame rails to hold the front end on. I saw a Cub Cadet at the county fair about 3 weeks ago with a Wisconsin V4 in it. That didn't look very complicated.
