About the biggest bore in a Super H block is 3-5/8". You can go larger but will have to run the pistons in the block without sleeves, and while boring may run into the water jacket. 4" bore is out of the question. Frankly I wouldn't risk a Super H block like that, IHC only made 28,000 to 29,000 Super H's but almost 400,000 H's....You can build almost as much HP from an H as You can a Super H and for less $$$$$. If Your bore is 3-3/8" then You actually have an H, Super H was 3-1/2" bore.
