I had this problem with an OS6 that I restored. I filled the tank with CO2 and cut the baffle into little pieces with a torch and removed it thru the filler opening. It doesnt seem to bother that I don't have the baffle. I only drive it in parades with 3 or 4 inches of fuel in the tank.
