I apologize for the non tractor question but it takes farmers to answer farm questions. I am wondering if anyone living around western New York knows of any slaughter houses around doing custom work. I am just west of Rochester. I'd like to get a cow going for beef but over the past several years regulations have killed the small slaughter houses. They are now few and far between. A buddy of mine and myself have done our own pigs but cows are just too much work.
