There is about a 99.9 percent chance that it is a scam! I received a second chance offer after I had bid on a tractor last winter, and I foolishly answered the E mail before I noticed that the E mail handle was different than the original seller of the item. I even received this offer in my E Bay mail box in addition to my regular E mail. Turns out that this scammer had broken into a persons Ebay account and was sending out these offers through her account. I send a message to the original seller after I noticed the difference in the E mail handle. He of course told me it was a scam. You gotta be careful!!
