It has an inboard seal that has gone bad on you. You need to remove the tire and wheel then remove that side of the axle houseing and you will see the seal . I fixed that on a friend cub a couple years ago. Its not all the hard to do but it does work better if you have 2 people or a chain hoist to help hold the axle houseing. When we did his we did all the seals in the tranny area just so all would be right.
