when it is missing is it always the same cylinder or does it jump around. The injectors may be bad (not opening at the right pressure or bad spray pattern) My 47 MD has a miss when it starts on diesel also but it clears up after a minute or two. My nozzle spray isn't the best but they open at the correct pressure.
