First Farmall live PTO

I need a straight answer because I have been getting conflicting info. I would like to step up to a little bigger tractor (the SA is handy, but we need a bit more power) and I would love to stay with the letter series, but I also would really like to have live pto. Can I find an H or M with live pto or do i need to look for a 300/350? or even later?
