Not real sure on that 66 series but on the 86 series all the relays are in the fuse panel which is between the clutch and brake pedals.

And if it resets itself after cooling down it must be a relay and not a breaker.

You can change the relay but if the new one continues to cut out,you probably have other problems such as blower motor going bad.

One reason for the blower pulling hard is a plugged cab filter.
