Get a punch and a big hammer. Try to turn that plug out by beating the hell out of it. Failing that, carefully heat the plug and let it cool, it will come right out. If that doesn't work, it's time to drill it out. You need to get all of that oil drained. Watery oil is a disaster waiting to happen.
