How to replace a bullgear shaft seal on a Super W4

I was changing my disc brakes on my Super W4 and noticed oil coming from the seal. I was wondering how one changes this without taking the whole thing apart ? My book also shows three different numbers for the seal. Does anyone know which is correct and a good source for these besides the dealer ? Are these leather seals or like a modern seal?
