I have a 1974, 12volt with a automotive type coil. This past summer after replacing a broken head bolt, she wouldn't start, no spark. Although all the ignition parts looked fine, I started replacing them, cheaper parts first, cap, points, rotor, condenser. Finally after replacing the coil she fired right up. I had to jump start her and I suspect that may have fried the coil. Check out Ebay item #239230099. It's a Farmall cub Magneto(actually the whole rotor assembly). The present bid is $38.
