706 German Diesel value

Hey guys,
I just looked into a 706 german diesel, narrow front, rear tires checked but fair(18.4x34's). It has a knock in the engine, possibly a rod bearing, injection pump needs rebuilt, had a hole punced in radiator, had the line pinched off by a radiator shop, tinwork fair,flat top fenders, needs batteries. Comes with a paulsen loader, with no bucket, and a wore out 3 point blade. He says scalper told him $2000....I say $750. What's your take? Thanks. Hoss
