FARMALL A no Start

OK, Battery good and charged. Wires good. Replaced cap and rotor. Still no fire. Gas leaking out the drip hole of the carb. Is it possible that it's not turning over due to fuel not reaching the cylinder? (silly question but had to ask). Engine is cranking fine, just won't turn over. I guess points, condenser and coil next? I wouldn't begin to know how to test them. Where can I get a fairly inexpensive carb rebuild kit to include the float? THANKS
