M Belt Pulley, PTO, and Brake Latch Controls

Was looking over a picture of an M platform in recent Antique Power, and thought of something. Our old M we had way back had some different controls than any others I've ever seen. Now I'm wondering if they were after-market or custom. We had purchased this one at an auction, so could be either.
The Belt Pulley had a curved lever/shaft with a knob on it, then went through a short piece of small pipe (pivot point) attached to the steering post (?), then attached to the lever engaging the pulley.
The PTO lever stuck up under the seat just to the right of center. It was similar in that after declutching, you pushed this lever down, which in turn pulled up on the rod that engaged the PTO.
For the brake latch, there was a stiff (#9?) wire attached to the light post with a loop in it that went down to the foot latch. When you stepped on the brakes, you could pull up on this wire, which engaged the brake latch on the floorboard.
This had to be some kind of kit I'm thinking. Anyone else seen this out there? Just curious...
