Is your output arm from the gearbox bolted onto the output shaft of the gearbox[ square shaft]? Sometimes the bolt gets loose. If this is not the problem, take the weight off the front axle by jacking the tractor up & try turning the front wheels from side to side to see if there is binding at either front spindle. Check for any sounds of metal on metal grinding in the steering gear box while it is in the air. Last resort is to take the gearbox apart & see if anything is out of shape inside.
