41 H to 45 H front grill conversion?

Went to switch real nice sheet metal from the 41 H parts tractor to the 45 H, which has new engine, tires, etc. Anyway the 41 grill has perfect "clip screws" that fit perfectly on the 41 radiator, which of course leaks. Noticed the radiator shroud on the 45 has threaded holes for bolts. Hate like heck to remove the clip screws, or switch radiators. Drill out 45 threaded holes? Are the clips more desirable for restoration? Thanks for any input and advice, Its too hot here to make these decisions,, Thank You.
