the beed things are bubbles. (light reflections) The oild doesn't look that bad it is the picture. But it does need to be changed. The shifter does only move about a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. Here is a picture of the gears Engaged. Are they engaging all the way? I have put the tractor in 5th and roled it forward and saw the gears slip out and back in. ("walk out" I supose)
