Since your tractor has a magneto, your generator, battery and starter are only used to crank the engine unless someone has installed an external coil. When the engine quits running pull the coil wire from the cap and hold the coil wire within 1/8-1/4" of a good ground, then have someone crank the engine using the starter. Do this as soon as the engine quits before it cools. No fire or very weak fire the coil probably needs replacing. If you have a hot blue spark you probably have a fuel blockage. Hal
