Ryan the book will be no help, nor will telling you do any good. The individual sizes of the pistons in one batch need to be measured. The bore needs to be honed to accommodate that piston alone. Sunnen brand straight hones are the answer. (or similar high quality parallel stone hone. Following the guidance of the hone instructions, and putting hatchmarks on the cylinder of an angle between 40 and 50 degrees, by proper stroking speed is essential. A good micrometer and measuring techniques is mandatory, as is a bore mic, and technique for its use. Feeler gauge techniques can also be used with success. JimN
