H-Farmall

I"m having a problem with a H-farmall. It starts good and runs real good for about 20-30 minutes. Then it seems like it is flooding and runs rough. If I stop so it isn"t working it clears up and then runs good for awhile again. It doesn"t do it all the time. Any ideas? I"ve cleaned the carb, sediment bulb to no avail
