Engine Block

I bought a 560 and while cleaning it up I found that the engine block had been repaired on the side. It looked like a rod had went through the side. It runs great and who ever did the repair did a great job. I am planning on restoring it. My question is should I leave the block the way it is or look for another block. It looks find, but it's the thought of having a tractor with a bad block. The engine is in good running shape other than this. Thanks for any input on this. PS the tractor is in Great shape too.
