I think Rusty Farmall is on the right track. Tractor prices are on the way up, no two ways about it. I was at an auction here in Southern, WI about five years back and saw two H's go for $700 for the pair. I was d*mn happy to buy one H a year ago for $650...but it took patience. The region you are looking in seem to dictate price as much as condition. Here in the upper midwest, what you could spend five years ago wouldn't get you a sniff today. Patience is the biggest key...and a little bit of luck too. You should still be able to find a solid M in the $1000 range. Good luck! Billy
