Of course there's air in the cylinders... He's got them hooked up as one-way cylinders, and there will always be air in the tops of the cylinders. I believe the problem is that because the cylinders are only hooked up as one-way, they tend to "float" upwards when the implement is on uneven ground. There's no down pressure. The only solution is to hook them up as two-way cylinders. To do this, a two-way spool valve is required.
