Hi , Not an expert but I put new seals and bearings in my gearbox a while back and my retaining collars that the seals rode on were tight . They should have a tight interference fit . I checked the dealer and they aren't available seperately and the whole shaft isn't either but you might want to double check on that . You might get a machine shop to make some for you , they should be easy to make and put on . Maybe tack the old ones back on with a welder on the outer end ? Sorry I couldn't be more help .
