Um, OK, what you've got is the tractor stuck in reverse. either the lever has jumped out of the rail or else a fork or something is broken inside. Pull your lever out and see if you can get the rails lined up so you have neutral. On the bigger Farmalls it is real common that the end of the lever wears enough to let it slip out of the rail. I suppose As do the same thing.
