966 Slow Hydraulics and 3 Point UPDATE!!

First off all, I would like to thank all who answered my last post.
Second, I was talking to the service manager at my local IH dealer, who told me to take the cover off of the pump and look for a blown o-ring right behind the plate...does this sound right? Sometimes he is hard to understand with all the snuff in his lip!! So any who that is the plan for tomorrow. Hope it rains tonite (80 percent chance) because it is getting a bit dry here by the mighty Mississippi!
