b block swap

I"ve been thinking about what all I am going to do with the B when I get around to fixing it up and am thinking I would like hydraulics. I"ve heard that some of them came with an A block and the live pump could be mounted to the motor and a system set up. If I switch to another block I was thinking I may as well step up in displacement too. Would a super A or C, 100 or 200, 130 or 230
motor fit in a b and allow me to put the hydraulic pump on it? Or would the steering shaft get in the way? The cost on top of the powder coating and pearl coat paint may kill this idea though.
