My experience with the system on a c is limited, but a cub uses a similar but smaller system, and form my experience the second one would be the one most likely to work. It will normally take moree pressure to move the pistons than you can generate by hand. You may have to conenct pressure pump to get the pistons where you cna connect rods, unless they have been pushed out so far the rings are outside the block, then you will have to tear apart.
