I am haveing this same sound coming out of my 400. Talk to an old timer at the IH dealer and he said to check a pin on the brakes that some time gives away. I am waiting on my new disc to come and am going to take them apart and check it out. Just thought I would pass this on. He told me to check the same things that the other have said such as the wheel clamps and ect. All other things were ok.
