What you have now is useless, and to make it useful it will need new pistons, sleeves, rings, bearings etc anyway. Just take the pistons and sleeves out of it together. Save the connecting rods and buy a kit with all new parts.

I rebuilt my B over the past winter and have about $1,000 in it in parts and machine shop expenses. I replaced everything: pistons, sleeves, rings, bearings, wrist pin bushings, seals, gaskets, ring gear & clutch. Had the block baked and blasted. Rebuilt the governor & replaced the front pulley.
