After you have installed the new gauge and worked the tractor keep an eye on the gauge and record the max and mininum pressure. When the engine is hot I think 30psi or better is good for wot and it will less at an idle. Hal

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
