You do not say coil in your description of replaced parts. Choking it might make the spark jump a little easier if the coil was getting hot and breaking down. A cracked manifold that warps when hot wolud leak air in when hot allowing lean conditions.
Distributor advance malfunction could cause missing when hot, check advance mechanism (under points)

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
