You will need a 6.2 flywheel for a manual transmission application (3/4 ton pickup, for example). They have quite a heavy counterweight on one side, and you need that exact flywheel, as well as a 6.2 starter. The bellhousing bolt pattern is exactly the same as the 366, as well as the motor mount bolt pattern and location. The 6.2 will bolt right in. You will need an engine oil cooler.
