No, the arms are not hooked up at the moment, and a I said it went up and down several times, then....nada. I guess it is back to the bench, but first I guess I will pull the battery and try pulling the cyl head/cover off so I can get a look at the valves and see if a bit of junk got in the valves. And no I didn"t use the blue goo, i bought a seal and gasket kit from the dealer, BUT the person before me HAD used blue goo and perhaps a bit of that was floating around the resevoir. Anyhow, thanks for the help, I will let you know what I find. Randy
