Are the brakes seized? It is best to put in in gear( right haND LEVER) , THEN use the speed ratio control lever ( left hand). You should be able to put er in gear lock the brakes hard and try to move it with it in idle. The motor should stall from overload if hydro is working good. may be low on hytran, filter may be restricting.
Allan from NE just went through his a while back and I beleive the problem ended up being a little oring or hose. Complete rebuild in shop is $5000+ from what I have been told.
