Unbolt one of the connecting rods and use a piece of 2X2 oak to see if you can drive out the piston or the sleeve and piston. The sleeves aren't pressed into the block. Use can use an acetylene torch to heat the sleeve once you get them removed. The old rods can be used on the new pistons. Hal
