If the engine is indeed stuck, and it is very likely that it is, then it is guaranteed that you will be getting in deeper than you wanted to. You can start by pouring some automatic transmission fluid in through the spark plug holes. Transmission fluid is just as good as any magic potion penetrating fluid and is cheaper. the transmission fluid might work, and it might not work. If it works, you can get it out by sinmply cranking the engine over with the spark plugs removed. If it doesn't work, you can get it out when you remove the cylinder head.
