I've looked at several 1468 pullers in Illinois, and all their front side panels have long louvers in them, and I've notice some for sale with the solid panels, like on the other 66's. Were they all louvered, I went over a 1066 setin' 3 feet from one, and the only differences I could find was the side rails, about a 1" space between the v-8 and the clutch housing, and the louvered side shields. Could be some of the v-8 shields are ratty, and replaced with good ones off of another 66 model. Looks to me like you could buy a cheap school bus with a 9.0 liter diesel, a non running 966, a pair of side rails, and the spacer, and have a cheap "clone" of a tractor that's getting more and more valuable all the time. Any thoughts on the issue???? Thanks much, BigART
