The front ends are NOT the same to the best of my knowledge. An H is a much lower tractor, and as such, the front end is lower too. An H's frame is also narrower. You could make up a steel plate to adapt the H front end to the M, but then the tractor would be running "downhill," and would look pretty dumb..
