Leave 'em dished out; put the lugs on the inside of the wheel and mounted to the outermost rib.

That will put you a little closer to the row than you're probably used to, but it works just fine.

Get that wheel pulled in on the axle and the clamp tight first tho, 'cause it is a bear to get at the axle clamp when the rim and tire are sucked in over the top.
