Pull the spark plugs, leave the ign button off, and have someone crank it, while you watch the plug holes (from a discrete distance). If gasoline comes out, you didnot turn off the fuel at the tank when stopping for the night (a necessity on these tractors, even for 10 minutes). If it was water, there may be gaskets or cracks in castings, not good. If it still won't turn the starter may be jambed (looseen it, wiggle, then tighten) If it wont turn put about 4 tblspoons of auto trans fluid in the cylinders and wait a day. Keep us informed, JimN

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
