Todd, I had no idea I had high blood pressure until I had a stroke and was treated in the hospital. I felt great, never a headache, never blirry vision, all kinds of energy, I used to think I was about the healthiest guy in the county for my age and all of a sudden I was unconscious on the ground my left side numb...what a wake up call and that's why I urge everyone on the YT forum to get checked out , it only takes a few minutes. My neighbour was telling me about a farmer he knew who was just three years older than me, he took a stroke and is in a nursing home and will not ever get back home...and all of it is preventable!!!! Please everyone, if you don't know your blood pressur get it checked...Take care Todd and everyone...Mike in Exeter Ontario
