I finally found the serial number it is a 1968. I'm not sure what the 850221 number plate is for.
I'm new to ag tractors even though I'm a mechanic by trade but I did restore a 58 farmall cub (submerged under water for 3 weeks during the 1993 flood) to showroom condition for my landlord at the farm I used to lease before I bought my own.
