Remove one of the old brushes. Put it in your pocket and go visit your nearest starter/alternator shop. Show it to the person there and tell him (or her...) "I need 4 new ones like this".

I can almost guarantee they'll have new ones right there in their brush drawer. (The brushes you are looking for are a common part - they are used across MANY different Delco starter models...)
