H clutch help!

If I let my H sit for more than a day the darn clutch sticks to the flywheel. It will not break loose unless I pull it. Anyone else had this problem and fixed it short of replacing the clutch disk? And if the clutch disk has to be replaced is this possible without splitting tractor? Thanks.... Pete in NC
