560 injector pump

My 560 Diesel has been unused for several months while I have been recuperating from a nasty infection in my left knee the tractor sat idle for 4 months. When i recently started it it puked a diesel/oil mix out the vent. Looking it over nearly all the 10 gallons or so of fuel has migrated into the engine block . It has a Rosa Master inj. pump. does anybody know just how the fuel gets through the pump? and isit a simple fix? I bought the 560 three years ago and it supposedly had inj. pump overhaul. Any help greatly appreciated.
