Glad your O.K. My younger brother is a Phy Ed teacher and in great shape physically. His pulse rate at rest is under 50 beats a minute. He goes to the gym, rides bike, cross country skies, eats healthy and has never smoked. He is also under 30 years old. Nothing to worry about right? Guess again, his blood pressure has been over 170/110 at times since his mid twenties. Needless to say he is on medication. Get it checked. Period Mark
